 The alignment between the remote and the USB-Programmer is not optimal. If the “Superior” remote is identified/programmed automatically when moved close to the USB-Programmer, please, position the remote 1-1.5 cm far from it, keeping the “MUTE” key and the red LED of the programmer aligned.

If the “Superior” remote requires you to press simultaneously “VOL-“ and “VOL+” keys to be identified/programmed, please, position the remote 1-7 cm far from the programmer. (Sensitivity could be different depending on the design of the remote)
Ir error (10105). “V-” and “V+” keys are held while trying to identify/program the “Superior” remote In order to identify/program the remote, please, press “V-” and “V+” keys and release them as soon as the red LEDs above the databanks buttons (“TV”, “SAT”, “DVD”, “AUX”) start flashing.
Bad data file (20002).

Install again the software.

 The codes database seems to be corrupted or not congruent to the software version currently used. Please, update the software through the dedicated button in the menu bar or, alternatively, remove and install it again.
Error 7012d The keys assignment file (PDF) is not currently available. Please, contact our Help Desk to the e-mail address “ info@superior-electronics.com “ to receive further technical support.
